Bridges Division
History: Sector-3 has been established in Dhaka after establishment of Transport Audit Directorate.
Functional areas: Bridges Division, Bangladesh Bridges Authority, Office of the CAFO (Chief Accounts and Finance Officer) Bridges Division, all development projects under the division including Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project, Support to Dhaka Elevated Express way project.
Address: Transport Audit Directorate, 10th Floor, Audit Complex, Segunbagicha, Dhaka-1000.
Activities:
- Audit planning, Audit team formation, Audit supervision, Audit briefing etc of all auditable units. Relevant follow up after audit, QAC-1, broadsheet reply, issuing general and advance para, sending draft reports to report sector.
- Participation in bi-party/ tri-party meetings.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual report and sending to concerned sector/section.
- Performing administrative activities and other responsibilities imposed by higher authority
